1.About Lost Market
What is Lost Market?
Lost Market (lost.market) is an independent, player-to-player marketplace for Roblox limiteds. Players buy limiteds with their site balance, sell their own, bargain with offers in cash, items or both, place buy orders and enter raffles. Every purchase has a warranty of 3 to 7 days, and selling costs a 2% fee.
Is Lost Market legit and safe?
Every purchase on Lost Market is protected. You pay from your balance, the seller sends the item with a Roblox trade, and the seller is paid only after you confirm receipt and the 3 to 7 day warranty ends. If the seller never delivers, the order is cancelled and you are refunded to your balance.
If Roblox rolls your item back during the warranty, you can file a claim, and staff can refund you from the seller’s held money. Every payout is reviewed before it is sent.
Is Lost Market affiliated with Roblox?
No. Lost Market is an independent, community-run marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Items are still delivered with Roblox’s own trading system, so Roblox’s trading rules and holding periods apply to every deal.
How old do I have to be to use Lost Market?
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Lost Market with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Each account is for one person.
How do I contact Lost Market support?
Open the support chat in the bottom-right corner of the site, or email contact@lost.market. If it is about an order, include the order ID so the team can find it straight away.
2.Buying
How do I buy Roblox limiteds on Lost Market?
Top up your balance with a crypto deposit, then buy a listed limited or make the seller an offer. If the seller hasn’t accepted within 30 minutes, you can cancel. Once accepted, the seller has 12 hours, plus an 8-hour grace period, to send the item to your Roblox account with a Roblox trade.
Your receiving Roblox account needs a tradable limited under 2,000 RAP to complete the trade. Confirm receipt once the item arrives. If you don’t confirm within 12 hours of the seller marking it sent, a dispute opens for staff to review.
How does the Lost Market warranty work?
Every listing shows a warranty of 3 to 7 days, chosen by the seller. It starts when you confirm receipt, and the seller’s sale money stays on hold until it ends. If Roblox rolls your item back during the warranty, submit a claim from your order; if staff confirm it, the purchase amount is refunded to your balance.
What if the seller never sends my item?
The order is cancelled and you are refunded to your balance, under the rules shown on the order. If the item was marked sent but never arrived, or the trade is wrong, contact support with your order ID. If you don’t confirm receipt within 12 hours, a dispute opens and the seller’s payout stays frozen.
Can I pay with items instead of cash?
Yes. You can offer items, cash or both for a listing and bargain with the seller. Trades with items are protected too: confirming receipt starts the warranty, and either side can report an item that gets rolled back. A cash refund does not return traded items by itself; staff review the item side separately.
What is a buy order?
A buy order sets the price you want to pay for a specific Roblox limited. Sellers who own that item see your order and can accept it straight away. You can also set the minimum warranty you will accept.
What do Value and RAP mean?
Value is Rolimon’s estimate of an item’s worth. RAP is its recent average price in Robux. Neither figure is a guaranteed sale price in US dollars.
3.Selling
Which Roblox items can I sell on Lost Market?
Limiteds with at least 1,000 RAP on a Roblox account you have linked. Ownership is checked against your inventory when you list, and Roblox’s trading rules and holding periods still apply.
When do sellers get paid?
Sale money stays on hold until the warranty you offered ends, then becomes available with the 2% selling fee deducted. You can spend it on Lost Market or withdraw it. A rollback claim, delivery review or account hold can delay the release.
What are Lost Market’s fees?
Selling costs 2% of each sale, and Lost Market charges no withdrawal fee. Deposit fees, if any, are shown before you send, and blockchain network fees and minimums for payouts are shown on the site.
How do I link my Roblox account?
Create a Lost Market account with your email and a password, verify your email, then link each Roblox account from account settings. Either verify its public profile by adding a temporary phrase to its About section, which shares no Roblox login with Lost Market, or connect a session so sold items are sent automatically.
The session connection is optional. It is stored encrypted, used only to send the exact trade for orders you accept, and removed when you unlink the account.
4.Payments and raffles
What payment methods does Lost Market accept?
Balances are in US dollars and are topped up with crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Monero, DAI on Ethereum, and USDT or USDC on Ethereum, Solana or BNB Smart Chain. USDT and USDC are credited at $1 a coin, other coins at the rate shown when the deposit is confirmed.
Send only on the network shown for your deposit address. Funds sent on the wrong network or below the minimum may be lost.
How do I withdraw money from Lost Market?
Request a payout from your wallet to a crypto address you give. Every payout is reviewed before it is sent, and blockchain transfers can’t be reversed, so check the address. Network fees, minimums and processing times are shown on the site.
How do Lost Market raffles work?
Raffle tickets are bought with your Lost Market balance, and your chance of winning is your tickets divided by all tickets sold. When a raffle ends, one ticket is drawn with a cryptographically secure random number generator. Tickets can’t be refunded unless the raffle is cancelled.
